Multi-Family Development

Modern multi-family apartment building exterior under construction

Multi-family developments require finish uniformity at a scale that makes field application impractical and cost-prohibitive. A 200-unit apartment complex means 200 identical interior environments where every door, every piece of trim, and every panel must match. Factory prefinishing is the only reliable way to achieve that.

Unit-to-Unit Color Uniformity

Every unit in a multi-family project must look identical at move-in and continue to look identical after years of tenants and maintenance cycles. Woodco runs all materials for a project in the same production batch, using the same color standard and application parameters, so unit 1 and unit 200 are visually indistinguishable.

Phased Delivery for Large Projects

Large developments rarely install all units simultaneously. We work with project managers to phase production and delivery to match your construction sequence, delivering prefinished materials to each building or floor as the install crew reaches it, minimizing on-site storage and damage risk.

LEED & Sustainability

Many multi-family developments pursue LEED or green building certification. Our low-VOC and UV-curable systems support IEQ credits and construction IAQ management plans. We provide coating documentation for LEED submissions and can specify systems to meet your project's sustainability requirements.
