Prefinishing Stained Millwork

Below is the procedure we have designed for prefinishing millwork.

1. Pre-sand all sides.
2. Spray wiped stain is applied.
3. An acrylic Urethane Sealer is then applied.
4. After millwork is cured, millwork is then sanded and cleaned through our automated sander. After through sanding and cleaning of the millwork, the millwork then receives one coat of Acrylic Urethane topcoat.
5. After full cure and quality control, the millwork is then bundled, stretch wrapped and palletized.
